4.5 to 5 foot Colorado Spruce Christmas Tree
Decorate your home or office lobby this Holiday season with a fresh USDA Premium Grade Colorado Spruce Christmas tree delivered to your door.
The Colorado spruce (Picea pungens) is also called Colorado blue spruce, blue spruce, silver spruce, and pino real. Its foliage can vary in color from dark green to indigo blue. The trees magnificent color, conical shape, and frosty color makes it prized among the most beautiful Christmas trees found anywhere. It was not until 1862 that this spectacular species was discovered growing in the enchanted meadows and stream sides of the high Rocky Mountains.
The Colorado spruce tends to hold its needles even when the tree becomes very dry. Needles are 3-sided and approximately 3/4" long. When you open the box the fresh-cut evergreen aroma fills the room. Our blue spruce trees have a clean, woody fragrance that truly defines this festive holiday season.
Blue Spruce tends to be a slow grower. Seven to eight years in the field are required to produce a perfect five foot tree. All of our trees are hand selected with special care and attention to shape, density, color and are cut at the last possible moment to ensure freshness.
